What photo should I use?
Choose a clear original photo of your pet, ideally taken at their eye level in even daylight. Keep their full face and distinctive features visible, with markings and colours easy to see. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur and screenshots when you have the original file. Your order is for one pet in one selected edition. Review the likeness and name spelling in your proof before approving the finished files.
Is this a framed print or a digital download?
This is a digital portrait pack. You receive an A5 print PDF and PNG, a phone wallpaper and a square social image. No frame or physical item is shipped; you can arrange your own printing.
Can I give the portrait as a gift?
Yes. Finished files are for personal use and gifting. Use a photo you own or have permission to use, allow time for the proof and your approval, and check the pet’s name before you approve it.
How is the portrait made?
Your portrait is personalised from your photo and checked by the studio. One minor correction is included. Read the delivery times and purchase details before ordering.
